Steve Lowe is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the packaging machinery and machine tools industry primarily in Sales. Successive to gated MBA he has worked as Strategic Consultant in a big four firm in Milan dealing in M&A operations in the Industrial sector. In 2016 he was involved in the integration process where Nasdaq listed Sevcon Inc was acquired by Borg-Warner PLC, a highly profitable operation for investors and Top Managers. Since 2017 he served as Managing Director in $100Mln manufacturing company in Modena and is currently founder and CEO of Compopack SRL, a company created with his associates and international financial backing that is based in Bologna. In addition to degree and MBA Steve holds a Master 6S Black belt and has for many years been active member of AiSS.

Marco Verri
Marco Verri is an experienced entrepreneur who created and grew MTR company in Bologna and later sold the concern to Ozzano based giant IMA thus opening the gate to primary packaging machines in the coffee industry. After leaving IMA he worked as consultant to multinational belt manufacturer as agent in Italy based in the Bologna area and later created another SME that manufacture custom-designed belts and provide engineering services to assist machine manufacturers in the FMCG, beverage, personal product and pharmaceutical industries. After selling this concern he founded Progetto-Alfa a machine manufacturer founded with a Swiss partner who later withdrew from the project that was then wound down. His know-how to Compopack where he partner and hold position of Technical Director and R&D manager.

Claudio Monti
Claudio Monti started working in the packaging industry in the late 1970’s at the legendary CAM Martelli company in Bologna as a designer specifically in vertical and horizontal cartoning solutions. Over the course of the following 4 decades he has worked in a technical office’s of several Bologna based machine builders in food and pharmaceutical industries. He is currently Design Office manager in Compopack and responsible for growing some of the younger engineers in the department and manages drawing manufacturer when done in outsourcing whilst supervising both offices.
